Former Secretary-General of the Music Council of Malaysia, Asia's first SCAPR board representative, FIM board member, and RIM / MACP board member. Founder of Tin Can Music Ltd. (1996) — promoting original works by Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau, Aaron Kwok, Anita Mui, and Sandy Lam.
The mentor behind Shila Amzah ("Asia's Pop Diva"), guided Jeryl Lee Pei Ling to the Sing! China 2016 finals at Beijing's Bird's Nest and to victory on Tencent Video's The Stage 2023. Also nurtured Masya, winner of Most Promising Newcomer at the Shenzhen Asian Music Festival.

Founder & CEO
A Malaysian music producer, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with international training and cross-market expertise. He graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA) in Contemporary Writing and Production, and further honed his craft in classical vocal performance at the China Conservatory of Music in Beijing.
In 2025, he founded SWYM Entertainment Group — a diversified entertainment company spanning artist management, music education, music production and publishing, and international cultural exchange. Under his leadership, SWYM is positioned as the bridge between Malaysia and the global creative economy.
